Job Description
Summary:
- Healthcare Industry
- Location: 3 locations: Sengkang, Sembawang, Kaki Bukit
- Work days: 5.5 days, staggered office hours
- $250 Allowance + Completion bonus
- 1 year contract with chance to convert / extend
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Any other tasks as assigned by manager
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology related fields
