Job Responsibilities :

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers;
Provide setup and support of IT equipment, system support, system testing, troubleshooting, system integration and upgrading;
Assist users on operating system, email and software related issues;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Responding in a timely manner to resolve issues and requests;
Repair and replace equipment as necessary;
Explore, test and recommend new technology
Farmiliar with outlook , webmail, domain maintenance, able to hold and maintain and advice how to do what to do hands on active person in an organisation IT support arrangement
Assist Incoming staffs and outgoing staffs on the full spectrum IT arrangement
Lead and control of company equipment gadgets for staff needs
Creative aspect able to write able to create story for company social media accounts
Maintain company IT face scan machines attendance gps etc
Technical aspect: Domain maintenance, staff zoom , team viewer arrangements Site Offices and HQ

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology or equivalent;
Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and security management framework;
Independent, resourceful, and self-motivated with ability to achieve project deliverables on time, scope and on budget;
A team player with strong technical, logical thought process, and problem-solving skills and professional communication skills
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
An ability to prioritise and delegate
A keen eye for detail and savvy with AI APPs
Preferred with prior experience in Construction Industry
