Troubleshooting of networking issues (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
Provide administration for Windows Servers and Microsoft Office 365
Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Office 365, Mobile Active sync)
Printer/MFP setup and support
Hardware/Software inventory documentation
Testing, deploying, troubleshooting and managing internal system
Administration of backup, restoration and support disaster recovery as required
Oversee facility operations and management which include facility operation cost and budget as well as monitoring and reporting of facility utilization
Job Requirements
Professional Certificate/Diploma in IT or related principles
Preferably 2 year hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment
Strong problem-solving skills, sense of urgency and positive attitude
Good communication skill and personality
Good team player and enthusiastic
Self-initiator on performing tasks
Keep up to date with technology as it develops, improving your knowledge and constantly learning.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
