Job Description


IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

  • First level technical support for user's laptops
  • Troubleshooting of networking issues (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
  • Provide administration for Windows Servers and Microsoft Office 365
  • Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Office 365, Mobile Active sync)
  • Printer/MFP setup and support
  • Hardware/Software inventory documentation
  • Testing, deploying, troubleshooting and managing internal system
  • Administration of backup, restoration and support disaster recovery as required
  • Oversee facility operations and management which include facility operation cost and budget as well as monitoring and reporting of facility utilization
Job Requirements
  • Professional Certificate/Diploma in IT or related principles
  • Preferably 2 year hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of urgency and positive attitude
  • Good communication skill and personality
  • Good team player and enthusiastic
  • Self-initiator on performing tasks
  • Keep up to date with technology as it develops, improving your knowledge and constantly learning.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
