Job Description
- User ID management (ex. Network, email, SAP and Key applications )
- Ensure all PCs are protected with Anti-Virus software and updates are carried out
- Desktop PC/Other Hardware - Hardware Setup, Software Installation, Patching , Inventory & Relocation
- User’s problems concerning accessing to network resources, wireless devices connectivity
- User’s internet & Intranet Access related support
- Basic network knowledge
- Managing of warranty and maintenance from 3rd party vendors
- Coordinating and assisting Linde’s IT Team
- Basic knowledge on Cisco Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing
- Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, GPO, File/Print/DHCP/FTP server
- Preferred to have working knowledge with any ticketing/service management systems ( ex. HPSM or any )
- Degree/Diploma with min 2-5 Year experience
- Fresh Gradaute or Diploma holders welcome
