Job Description


  • User ID management (ex. Network, email, SAP and Key applications )
  • Ensure all PCs are protected with Anti-Virus software and updates are carried out
  • Desktop PC/Other Hardware - Hardware Setup, Software Installation, Patching , Inventory & Relocation
  • User’s problems concerning accessing to network resources, wireless devices connectivity
  • User’s internet & Intranet Access related support
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Managing of warranty and maintenance from 3rd party vendors
  • Coordinating and assisting Linde’s IT Team
  • Basic knowledge on Cisco Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing
  • Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, GPO, File/Print/DHCP/FTP server
  • Preferred to have working knowledge with any ticketing/service management systems ( ex. HPSM or any )
  • Degree/Diploma with min 2-5 Year experience
  • Fresh Gradaute or Diploma holders welcome
