Job Description

User ID management (ex. Network, email, SAP and Key applications ) Ensure all PCs are protected with Anti-Virus software and updates are carried out Desktop PC/Other Hardware - Hardware Setup, Software Installation, Patching , Inventory & Relocation User's problems concerning accessing to network resources, wireless devices connectivity User's internet & Intranet Access related support Basic network knowledge Managing of warranty and maintenance from 3rd party vendors Coordinating and assisting Linde's IT Team Basic knowledge on Cisco Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, GPO, File/Print/DHCP/FTP server Preferred to have working knowledge with any ticketing/service management systems ( ex. HPSM or any ) Degree/Diploma with min 2-5 Year experience Fresh Gradaute or Diploma holders welcome
