Job Description
Our client is in the Construction industry. Currently They are looking for a IT Officer to join the company.
【What will you be working on】- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Promptly report the problem to the vendor and solve the problem.
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Communication with Head Office in Japan
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】- Diploma holder in Computer Science or Engineering or similar field
- At least 1-3 years of similar working experience
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with other department staff
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 17:45Benefit
