General job description:
The IT Support is responsible for configuring, maintaining and maximizing hardware investments of ICD Office IT systems around the world. This includes services for ICD projects, IT support/troubleshooting for users in SEA region, and the creation of IS tools (hardware or software) that will help improve IS hardware work with greater efficiency. The IT Support adds value to the organization by providing a highly efficient, professional level of service and a proactive approach to solving problems for ICD’s associates and business units before they become common issues that hinder everyday business activities.
