• UP $4500
• Transport at Boon Lay
• 5 days, 8am - 515pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT and network support
• Handle system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting.
• Manage computer networks environment
• Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
• Documentation of all necessary information for IT assets.
• Implementing network security measure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
• Email configuration - creating email IDs for the new staffs, files backup etc
• Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server, VM server and windows SQL cluster fail over services
• Conduct training related to operation system application

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network and storage preventive.
• Experienced in operation systems and good troubleshooting skills.
• Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.
