Benefits Summary:

  • Basic up to $2400
  • 5 Days
- Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00pm
  • Located in the North (Woodlands)

Job Scope:
  • Conduct the first layer/ L1 of troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate between customers (Internal & External)
  • Scheduling of jobs and services between teams and customers
  • Escalation and coordination with vendors regarding case investigation and closure
  • Maintain ticketing system – Update, track, and improve
  • Creating and distributing procedures
  • Learning new technologies and skills and apply to daily work duties
  • Other duties as assigned by the management
