Vizzio Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure systems, including client devices. Your primary responsibility shall be to ensure the stability, security and efficiency of our in-house and project's IT systems while providing technical support to our internal teams.

This position is a Full-Time role and shall be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Provide IT systems support and maintenance. Deploy, configure and maintain IT infrastructure systems based on Company's requirements. Collaborate with other internal team members and project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of systems, deployment and onboarding of devices, and implementation of security policies where required. Provide System Administration support to manage and maintain servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure including monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular system updates and patches. Propose, implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001...etc.). Develop and maintain DLP, backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures, conduct regular testing of backups and recovery processes whenever required or as scheduled. Maintain and update comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements whenever required and propose improvements and preventions. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of IT processes. Introduce solutions to streamline and increase efficiency of in-house IT processes and where required, implement automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency.

Requirements:

Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, workstations, switches, routers, access points and end-user devices. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Strong knowledge of systems networking principles and protocols. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering and administration.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
