Job Description

Our client is an international technology and engineering company that specialises in providing innovative digital and security solutions to their esteemed clients. They are well-known for their dedication of quality delivery standards supporting global projects. They are now looking for an

IT System Engineer

to join their expanding team!


Job Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively; Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports Diagnose and rectify technical issues

Requirements:



At least 1 - 2 years' L1 IT support/System Engineer experience, proficient with Windows and Linux OS systems will be a strong advantage

(Fresh grads with relevant IT Support/System Engineer internship experience are welcome to apply)

Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
