Job Description
:Industry: LogisticsConducive Working EnvironmentLocation: EastResponsibilities:
- Troubleshoot logistics equipment (mobile printers, RF guns, standard printers, network systems)
- Troubleshoot issues with laptops and warehouse printers
- Coordinate system maintenance plans with customer\'s IT department
- Obtain quotations, coordinate with vendors on installation schedules, and submit quotes to customers for approval for new IT projects Conduct trials on new devices
- Participate in various automation projects Assist Executive in daily operations planning and attend various audits
- Diploma / ITE graduate specializing in Infocom
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining logistics equipment
- Proficiency in handling IT-related issues within a logistics environment
- Proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure in a fast-paced logistics environment
