DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Guest Engagement

• Welcomes and greets guests. Ensures all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you\xe2\x80\x99re there to personally take care of them.
• Understands and introduces our food and serving style concept to all guests.
• Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answers questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Takes food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
• Maintains clean service areas.
• Escorts guests to exit the restaurant, bids farewell.
• Resolving guest enquiries and grievances in a professional manner
• Any other tasks assigned.

• Holds weekly training and line up and meetings.
• Fosters and promotes a cooperative working environment to maximize productivity and increase employee morale.
• Assist with the following, training and creation of company SOP\xe2\x80\x99S
• Mentoring, training and guiding all team members.

• Opening and closing duties.
• Handle cashier process is followed according to company policy and process
• Arrives on duty punctually in a clean and neat appearance.
  

• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required in a similar capacity in hotel, club and Food & Beverage environment.
• Good communication skills to internal and external customers.
• MUST BE on the feet for most of the working hours
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.
