Junior Legal Counsel

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide all rounded legal support to the various internal departments
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Draft & review documents in Chinese / English e.g. commercial agreements including service agreements partnership/collaboration agreements, NDAs, marketing agreements, due diligence report, legal opinions, resolutions, and other compliance documents.
- Conduct and/or coordinate legal research, legal due diligence, maintain contract management and other administrative procedures.
- Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
- Regional coverage of ASEAN
- Minimum 3 years of relevant qualified experience
- Knowledge of business related laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
