- Basic UP $5K (W Exp) + AWS + VB
- 5 days (Office hour)
- South CBD
- Work closely with Strategic Business Partner for Commercial as well as the HR Centers of Expertise
- Organization Design and Manpower Planning, Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Labor and Employee Relations and Communications and Engagement
- Provide People advisory and support, liaise with Company Legal Counsel in handling industrial relations court cases
- Manage and work closely with SBP & LR on any Corporate initiatives
- Advise managers and staff on issues of employment legislation in SG
- Monitors and controls the department\xe2\x80\x99s operational budget
- Min. 3 years relevant working experience
