The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year customised programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. : This role sits within the Data Centers & Network Division who has a track record of owning, developing and managing high-quality carrier-neutral data centre facilities that support mission-critical computer systems. Strongly committed to environmentally sustainable business practices, Keppel Data Centres offers a comprehensive range of wholesale, build-to-suit and colocation solutions built to the highest industry standards. You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised roles with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel Data Centres in Technology (Technical Solutions, Project Management, Technical Operations and Operational Technology, etc.) functions for a holistic knowledge of our data centre business. You will be given the opportunity to apply your knowledge to real world scenarios, with your involvement in the development of business and engineering activities for prospective projects and deal engagements across APAC and Europe. Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be invited to participate in stretched projects organised either by the Group or within the division you are in as part of your development. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into converted leadership programme at Keppel should you meet the enrolment criteria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil & Structural Engineering and Information Technology with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good degree in related disciplines with strong academic achievements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 High motivation with strong learning ability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Alignment with Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s core values and operating principles.
