JOB DESCRIPTION
The Keppel Associate Programme (Finance track) is a 2-year structured programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will gain an understanding of the Company’s Finance/ Accounting processes and operations, build on your technical skills and knowledge and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.
During the 2-year programme, you will go through at least 2 job rotations across Keppel’s businesses in a variety of functions which may include:
Business Finance
Group Internal Audit
Group Risk & Compliance
Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be expected to participate in projects organised either by the Group or within the Keppel business unit you are in as part of your development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accountancy with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
High motivation with strong learning ability
Alignment with Keppel’s core values and operating principles
