This role sits with Operations department in i12 Katong.

The intern will be responsible in the following:

Support in administration works for defects, service reports filing, license renewal, authorities checks/inspections and etc.

Support Operations team in managing special project such as urban farming and waste management.

Assist in ISO/EHS/GM documentations.

Support on ground staff to do periodic checks on building defects.

Assist in other administrative scope such as minutes taking and calling of quotations.

Follow up on tenant fitting out works and administrative matters.

Learning Outcomes:

Aim to help grow intern\'s skillsets in time management and multi-tasking in project management.

Hands on experience in coordinating tenancy fitting out works and asset enhancement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good Problem solving skills.

Detail oriented and an organised individual.
