JOB DESCRIPTION
This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with business and customer experience teams in solving behavioural change problems in the organisation and the built environment (mainly Commercial Real Estate, Retail and Hospitality), which include the planning and executing of problem discovery and solution delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create content for stakeholder engagements, which include intranet contents and presentations, which include online information gathering, synthesis and analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute stakeholder engagement events, which include managing meeting scheduling and logistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute training or learning programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage in customer experience team\xe2\x80\x99s work planning and review sessions. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Frame behavioural change problems in commercial context. \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply structured problem-solving process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply experimentation approaches in testing problem understanding and solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create content for intranet site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create content for Learning Management System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise productive stakeholder engagement events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform cohesively as a Customer Experience team member.
