JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Map and review existing customer journeys. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and remove pain-points and frictions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design memorable experiences for the key moments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate service and experience design to the organization through. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning opportunities in design processes and working on real-world initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to various solutions and designing in Real Estate - Asset management and urban development.
