This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. This position provides the perfect opportunity for the candidate to be exposed to the engagement, talent management and learning function within the FM & I HR Team. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing programmes to improve employee experience and build a great place to work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on HR communications such as marketing collaterals and videos. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in the recruitment, development and engagement of Early Talents such as Management Associates and Interns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ad-hoc duties and task assigned by HR Team. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn how to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop planning and organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaboration with others and gain experience in leveraging digital technology to strengthen staff engagement.

Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technology-savvy. Experience in video editing or social media design will be a plus.
