JOB DESCRIPTION
The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform research required for reporting purposes and prepare presentations as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose and share ideas on ESG-related concerns or plausible outreach based on community feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate required information for reporting purposes. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Appreciation on of fund management processes/function as a real estate asset manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve communication and presentation skills in a corporate environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently, quickly and with fresh ideas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in financial analysis, use of Excel and Powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Open mindset with at least some interest in sustainability / ESG-related topics.
