Adecco is partnering with a Singapore-HQ company led by industry veterans with extensive experience in shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their business!
You will manage a portfolio of accounts, specializing in import, export, and cross-trade quotations. Your role will cover the entire order fulfillment cycle, from liaising with clients and sourcing competitive rates to providing quotes, tracking inquiries and shipments, and collaborating with operations team on shipping documentation.

• Location: Central region, Red Hill
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $3800 basic + Mobile Allowance + VB

The Job

• Attend and handle customers' enquiries/ complaints based on sales/customer management knowledge.
• Source and gather tariff, rates, costs and/or quotations from agents/vendors/carriers/airlines and perform data entry.
• Advise customers on tariff/rate/cost/quotation requirements and eligibility.
• Understand and analyse customer logistics service needs to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Coordinator with operation team for the complete documentation for shipping consolidation activities, transshipment and transloading operations and specialised cargo in a timely manner.

The Talent

• Min 3 years of working experience in the logistics / freight forwarding industry
• Able to work with various internal and external stakeholders
