Our Client:
Our client is a global player in sea, land, air, and logistics solutions. They are actively looking to hire a Key Account Officer/Executive to join their team.
The Responsibilities:

• Support Key Account Manager in implementing regional strategy and cooperate with all departments to ensure optimal customer service and meet the assigned KPIs, to help grow the sales and profitability of assigned Key Accounts
• Deliver results/forecast/budget and other required ad-hoc analysis and business reports
• Assist with processing tender, price quotes and rate negotiations to assigned Key Accounts
• Promotion of group services such as VAS, X- sell activities to assigned Global Accounts
• Actively participate in team discussion and contribute suggestion for improvement
• Contribute to dispute resolution with prices and back-offices, perform other related duties as assigned

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• At least 1-2 years related field experience in Shipping and/or Logistics Industry
• Positive, Ambitious, High degree of initiative and adaptability candidate who will grow along with the Company
• Interest or affinity with shipping, transport, logistics industry; relevant professional qualification and field experience is an advantage
• Excellent in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal and communication skills in fast-paced environment with good analytical skills
• Problem solving mindset and able to adhere to tight schedules
