  • Manage user contact data, build direct relation and obtaining hunting list
  • Bring transparency on Key Users and Projects (Potential evaluation, User demands, project management & infrastructure set up, update dashboard on users and application / projects)
  • Responsible for the sales and gross margin for sales force driven customers
  • Managing, enabling & monitoring the specialized (sales force driven) retail industry
  • Perform audits with the After Sales Manager in the fulfillment of added value services to logistics, first level technical support, financials, after sales service
  • Provide training (commercial / concept)
  • Selling and creating additional services such as fleet management, full service, pick up and 24-hour repair
  • Developing direct sales with no conflict to retail driven sales
  • Target is to cover the top users in the country in the assertiveness, information and purchase phase by personally managing large accounts / projects
  • Ability to collaborate with regional team on User demands of solutions and applications
  • Be the interface and support to divisions responsible for the cross selling concepts
  • Implement central user-marketing-strategies / concepts
  • Ensuring correct mix of products and services for quality oriented Large Users
Qualifications
  • Knowledge in the construction and manufacturing industries is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales and commercial field
  • Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
  • Market knowledge for respective country / area
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language will be preferred
