Benefits Summary:
- Basic $2000 - $2800 (Depends on the experience) + Tips Sharing + KPI Bonus
- Entitled for AWS + VB
- Working hours: Rotating Shifts/ Split Shifts (Depending on the restaurant)
- Working days: 5 - 5.5 days (Depending on the restaurant)
- Working Locations: Central Area/ Sentosa
Job Scope:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within the section.
- Assisting the Chef De Partie (CDP) or Sous Chef
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Ensure the safety of the kitchen, and food safety standards
- At least 1 year of working experience in the kitchen/ F&B.
