JOB DESCRIPTION
Food preparation: Wash, peel, and chop ingredients; prepare ingredients for cooks; and assist with tasks like cooking, mixing, and plating.
Dish and equipment cleaning: Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and cooking equipment.
Storage and stock management: Receive and store deliveries; organize and rotate stock; check sell-by dates; and put away clean items.
Sanitation and cleaning: Keep all kitchen areas, workstations, and equipment clean and hygienic; dispose of waste properly and wash garbage cans; and clean floors and surfaces.
Support and operations: Assist cooks and chefs with their tasks; follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all duties; and perform additional tasks as requested.
Any other duties as and when being assigned by Chef
REQUIREMENTS
No experience needed
Team player in a fast-paced environment and able to work in harmony
Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
Self-driven and possess good learning attitude
Independent and able to multi task
With Food Hygiene Certificate or related preferred
WORKING DETAILS
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm
Company provide MRT pick up at Tampines MRT back & fro
