Kitchen Chef Assistant (catering)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
- Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately.
- Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
- Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
- Follow the Instructions of Head Cook and able to work with team Member.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards.
- Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment
- With relevant working experience in kitchen role
- Able to commit overtime
- Physically fit
- Hardworking
- Working location: Bukit Batok
- Working hours: 6 working days per week, 7am - 5pm (NO FIXED REST DAY, 4 Off days per month)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
