Kitchen Runner
Salary: SGD 3,300 - 3,600
Location: Central (Restaurant at CHIJMES area)
Employment Type: Full-time
Language Requirement: Basic English & Mandarin speaking
About the Role
A premium hotpot dining establishment is seeking a Kitchen Runner to support kitchen and service operations by ensuring efficient delivery of dishes and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dishes from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
- Ensure correct sequence of dish serving based on orders.
- Assist in clearing plates, restocking items, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support the kitchen with simple back-of-house tasks when required.
- Communicate effectively with FOH staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Able to communicate basic instructions in English & Mandarin.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and cooperative.
