Job Responsibilities As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead IT infrastructure upgrades and coordinate projects from technology perspective as well as ensure these activities are consistent with the Global Business & IT directive. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: Daily support and administration of servers, VMware platform, Active Directory & enterprise management systems (SCCM) Infra and associated software products Building, Deploying & Maintaining Enterprise Operating System Images via SCCM Infrastructure according to functional needs and specifications based on business/security requirements Deploying & maintaining Group Policy including Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Group Policy deployments Improve and automate manual repetitive OS deployment processes and procedures to drive efficiency Deployment of security fixes on Infrastructure services in accordance to Corporate Vulnerability and Patch Management policy via SCCM Infra L2 support to Infrastructure issues that require technical specialization Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues Responsible for set up of Systems in Singapore & Asia Offices Keeping Infrastructure operating and meeting the agreed service-level Overseeing operational health of Infrastructure services (Availability Management) Provide regular backup to Infrastructure services region critical and important production server data and image Optimal system performance and system capacity planning (Capacity Management) Create & maintain document portfolio of Site Catalogue, Operations / Audit Best Practices, troubleshooting & related solutions knowledge base Execute IT Disaster Recovery Plan (IT DRP) Manage projects assigned and ensure completion in accordance to project timeline Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent At least 5 years of proven experience in IT Operations & End-User Support environment Strong experience & knowledge in planning, designing and implementing Windows desktop operating system (OS) in an enterprise environment Strong technical background with experience and knowledge in Windows desktop image deployment scripting Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Windows Server 2K12/2k16, Microsoft SCCM, and VMware virtualization Working experience in Active Directory and implementing/troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPO) Fluent in spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Location: Changi North Rise, Singapore Shuttle Buses are provided from various MRT stations (Yishun, Bouna Visat, Sengkang, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok.
