Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver leading applications solving problems that directly impact food production globally
- You'll be able to take high level concepts and lead development of technical solutions, with your experience in system architecture being immensely valuable
- Experience as lead or senior developer in early stages project design and implementation
- Proven technical and people leader, able to align vision, mentor, motivate and scope delivery for dev team
- Enjoy collaborating with others, understanding, and solving customer needs and business challenges. Open to receiving and providing feedback to arrive at the best possible solutions
- Experience managing a dev team as an extension of an Australian / offshore team with aligning vision and instilling the organizations core values
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Extensive ecosystem knowledge of new technologies in your domain
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across teams as well as report upwards
- Domain Driven Design
- Event Driven Architecture
- Time Series Databases
- Augmented Reality (AR)
- Test Driven Development
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Developer: 5 years (Preferred)
- Node.js: 3 years (Preferred)
- ReactJS: 3 years (Preferred)
