Good technical and troubleshooting skills in carrying out both Day-1 and Day-2 tasks for Checkpoint Firewall, F5 Load balancer, Cisco Router/Switches, Forward Proxy, Tipping Point IPS, Allot Packet Shaper, VMware NSX.
Sound knowledge in practicing ITIL methodologies.
Proven track records in work performance.
The project deployed multiple network and security equipment which this role all needs to know how to support (Technical competency).
Have to work late in the night and sometimes needs to work overnight to support project activities such as maintenance, critical service launch
