Ensure all services and availability of systems are meeting stipulated service level agreements (SLAs) and targets through active management. Ensure users (learners, faculties and staffs) have the basic knowledge to start using the system or be effective in using the systems through transference of knowledge and system know-hows. Ensure effective and timely support provisioning to improve or to appropriate user experience. Ensure or lead system enhancements/developments that are delivering capabilities as required by SIM or lead usage improvements that will improve operations efficiency. Manage projects and resources to ensure successfully delivery. Provide leadership and coaching in the troubleshooting and resolution of critical and difficult problems to create preventive and timely issue resolution by the unit. Manage the relationship with technology vendors and partner to influence and create appropriate results and outcomes. Ensure the team has the capabilities to support organizational strategies/goals by developing the capabilities of the team through mentorship, coaching and actionable feedback. JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or equivalent. Have 8-10 years of working experience in application/system development. At least 1-2 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing 3 or more resources. Extensive experience in the technical development, deployment, and integration of software solutions. Have worked in an Agile environment managing intra and inter-team dependencies with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and with scrum methodology practices. Experience in establishing based CI/CD capabilities (desirable). Strong experience in vendor, project, service, people, stakeholder/customer management and process improvement. Have technical knowledge and experience working with the required (or similar) technologies (e.g. Salesforce suite of technology, Web, Canvas, Middleware/APIs, AWS). Excellent interpersonal, strong people management and communication skills both written and oral with proven ability to communicate at all levels. Good problem-solving skill that is able to analyse issues from multiple perspectives and derive pragmatic and comprehensive solutions to problems in sometimes an ambiguous environment. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several delivery simultaneously. Able to have holistic view, able to bridge people, process and information in order to produce appropriate results ability to see beyond the dot. Able to motivate personnel, build teams, instil organization values and achieve high quality results. Good mentor & coach.
