Get to Know our Team: Grab's Ads Platform team's mission is to power growth for businesses with an efficient and flexible marketing platform that delivers measurable impact across their marketing spend. The team is building innovative solutions to enable advertisers to engage users across all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, purchase, and loyalty, ensuring high relevance for customers, while helping partners by improving visibility and discovery. These include, but are not limited to, features across campaign management, creative formats, audience management, and reporting, as well as personalization, auction and billing, and reconciliation. Get to Know the Role: In this role, you would be creating and managing the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for core features and formats for Grab's Universal Marketing Platform across parts of supply, demand, creatives, data, and reporting You would be engaging with the broad engineering and data science teams to optimize ad selection to enhance the user experience while maximizing yield In this role, you will be open to a healthy dose of creativity to define a vision for your product and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product. You would be responsible for charting the course for parts of our Universal Marketing Platform working with sales, operations, and partnerships to cater to large brands and agencies, as well as small and medium-d businesses You would be working in a cross-functional team following agile or lean principles in previous roles The Day-to-Day Activities: Shape the overall product vision and roadmap for parts of our Universal Marketing Platform across supply, demand, creatives, data, and reporting Collaborate with engineering and design to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users. Work with customers, merchants, advertisers, and agencies to understand pain points, and how Grab can provide value to them Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product development. Think problem first to make sure product improvements are addressing the right needs and delivering value for the business Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale. Define and analyze metrics to better understand what works and what does not Communicate key performance metrics and collaborate extensively with stakeholders throughout the organization Successfully manage multiple streams of work collaborating with go2market teams to continuously deliver value The Must-Haves: 5+ years of a senior product management experience at a tech software company Masters in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or related fields Demonstrated success in delivering compelling products 0-1 in a fast-growing, dynamic, rapidly changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong business acumen, be customer-focused, team and results-oriented Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills Passionate about the mission of Grab The Nice-to-Haves: Experience across the ad tech and/or digital marketing ecosystem Experience crafting easy-to-use, delightful user interfaces Experience in advertising technology/media Experience in working with external technology partners to create white-labeled products Programming experience, avid Grab user, Consumer tech experience Experience in building self-serve advertising platforms for customers Experience in financial reconciliation processes would be a plus Preferable to have candidates who are based in Singapore, or have the authorization to work in Singapore Our Commitment: We are committed to building diverse teams and creating an inclusive workplace that enables all Grabbers to perform at their best, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity or sexual orientation, and other attributes that make each Grabber unique.
