Role

Work with users to understand their operational and strategic needs, give support, identify gaps, and improve existing systems to meet business requirements.
Keep track of software and/or integrations between various systems.
Provide vendor-developed or SAAS solutions to user departments.
Using internal or external resources, manage projects and activities.
Manage vendors, procurement, and other software implementation responsibilities.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field; or a combination of applicable education, training, and experience
Two years of progressive development experience is required.
Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies and platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (Python, Javascript) (ReactJS, NodeJS).
In-depth understanding of web development frameworks (such as PERN or MEAN Stack).
Database design and programming expertise (MySQL, Postgres, etc.).
Practical API knowledge (Rest and API Libraries).
HTML and common JavaScript and CSS library knowledge (JQuery, Bootstrap).
Understanding of both traditional and agile project management approaches (Scrum).
Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities (Verbal and Written).
Excellent problem-solving and creative abilities.
