RA individual external training records processing (e.g. 1 pax submitting 70 to 80 different learnings for processing)
Assist with Learning Summary, RA database, Firmwide database and SABA records
RA learning hours reporting
New RA Cybersecurity license – assist to record & track staff learning hours
Ad-hoc tracking for firmwide e-learnings
Promotion tracking :-
1. Tracking will be by per module for Seniors, Assistant Managers and Partners. Only Managers promotion learnings will be track through 2 certifications.
2. Changes to tracking timeline – expected to track weekly until after Final Reminder goes out (est. timeline from Aug 22 to Nov 22)
Other Duties :-
- Pre- and post- program/training logistics support (especially for hybrid classes & multiple classes running concurrently – e.g. A&A Assoc & Seniors core learning, RA internal hybrid training, etc.)
On-site program support (There will be multiple programs/trainings delivering on the same day and we will need assistance especially in attendance taking for the classes

Back-up for New Hires
Requirements : -
Minimum Diploma educational qualification
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft office and video conferencing tools like Zoom
Experience in designing and developing courseware materials as well as e-learning development software such as Brainshark or Articulate or similar would be advantageous
Meticulous and able to work independently
