- Identify prospective tenants, conduct marketing sales calls/ site viewings and presentations
- Build networking channels with tenants and agents
- Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies
- Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space
- Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management
- Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and retail leasing
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
