OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
To be a community influencer for the leasing properties under Arcc Holdings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants, agents, partners, and vendors
- Attend to tenant\xe2\x80\x99s enquires and feedbacks
- Generate new leasing leads
- Source prospective tenants within our desired tenancy mix
- To collaborate with key stakeholders
- Building media contents to create brand awareness
- Strengthen our foothold in the marketplace.
- Following up with leads and handling negotiations
- Other ad hoc duties being assigned
ARCHETYPES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Diploma in Business, Real Estate / Building or related qualifications
- Min 1 years of experience in retail property leasing / marketing. Graduate with high passionate in Shop house will be considered.
- Positive, professional approach with a strong emphasis on networking skills
- Resourceful, self-driven and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
