Job Description
Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Leasing Executive to join the Lendlease Leasing Team.

In this role as Leasing Executive your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- To work with the Leasing Director to ensure that the mall is fully leased at all times
- Preparing monthly leasing reports and tenants\' performance reports
- To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore
- To be aware of general retail market trends
- Work with Leasing Director to ensure that lease administration matters are in order
- Has a pleasant disposition who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
- Good with PowerPoint presentation and excel
- Degree holder with 2 -3 years of experience preferably in retail leasing experience
- Good knowledge of retail, brands and their requirements and sales performances
