Legal Assistant

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world\'s Tech MNCs
• We are looking for a Legal Associate/Legal Assistant
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Qualification in Law/Legal related field would be preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience eg. Legal, Trust and Safety, etc
• Experience working with internet technologies, internet law, and/or related policy and regulatory environments
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.

• Own and manage large volumes of legal escalations from external stakeholders and internal teams, driving consensus across all stakeholders.
• Review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with company\'s legal policies and perform local law analysis.
• Develop knowledge across all product areas to ensure faster, more efficient resolution.
• Develop post-mortems and implementations of preventative solutions, including working with Engineering on tools.
• Ensure that all escalations are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately using internal tools and systems.
• Coordinate or support operational implementation of regional regulations and maintain workflows for compliance.
• Working with cross-functional teams such as Regional Counsel, Product Counsel, Trust and Safety to manage escalations and regulatory operations.
• Contribute to creating and improving agreement templates, fallbacks, trainings, processes, and other resources
