Job Description
A large European MNC in the energy sector is looking to hire a legal counsel to join their growing renewables business. The legal counsel will handle a wide range of commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Work on regional M&A and big infrastructure projects
- Liase with with external counsels
- Assess risk and mitigate risks in a structured manner
- Analyse business trends and align the legal frameworks to match current business needs
- Qualified in Singapore
- At least 4 years PQE
- Energy or construction related experience
- Ability to work in teams and independently
