Legal Counsel (associate Director/ Director)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work closely with the various departments in the bank by
- Providing general legal advice and support
- Ensuring that the operations and activities of the bank are carried out and conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Providing assistance and support to the Head of Legal on special projects
Requirement:
- 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Relevant experience in advising on banking matters
- Good understanding of financial products and markets will be an advantage
- Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred
- Good University degree in law
