LEGAL COUNSEL (LEGAL SERVICE) SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY ( Salary – $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 Negotiable)

LOCATIONS Town

WORKING HOURS

• Mondays - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION Selected candidate will provide legal advice and support to in all aspects of its functions and duties including: (a) Providing legal advice and interpretation with respect to various legislations administered by the organization, as well as all other laws of Singapore as required by the organization in the discharge of its duties and functions; (b) Drafting, reviewing and providing sound legal advice on a broad range of legal issues; (c) Drafting, vetting and advising on general corporate and contractual matters including, but not limited to, tender documents, MOUs, tenancy agreements and other commercial documents; (d) Drafting, vetting and advising on building and construction matters; in particular Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) (e) Developing and setting in place internal legal processes and guidance for the various organization divisions and GROs, including setting up a repository of legal advice rendered to the organization and (f) Undertaking such other tasks/projects as may be assigned from time to time. (g) Carry out administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS (i) A law degree (i) Corporate work experience (especially in contract law) and/or experience in building & construction related matters would be an advantage; (ii) Versatile and self-motivated with strong analytical skills; and (iii) Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to write and reason clearly and compellingly is essential Interested applicants, please email detailed to-
