Job descriptionl Supporting arrangements of client meetings, events, seminars and other social activities for the firml Supporting in calendar management/coordination of SG lawyers and scheduling of meetingsl Managing/updating client data bases and contacts of SG lawyersl Managing/updating SG Office Schedulel Managing/updating lists for office supplies, corporate gifts, restaurantsl Maintaining proper filing systems and archiving filesl Assisting with research and maintaining precedentsl Assisting with answering main line calls and disseminating messages and retrieving letters from mail boxl Assisting from time to time with minute taking at meetingsl Assisting and working with our Operations Team (SG Staff comprising of 3 members based in Seoull Assisting with registering visitors in the buildingl Assisting with liaising with external vendorsl Travel, hotel, flights arrangementsl Assisting with schedules of visiting lawyers from HQ in Seoul when they are in Singapore, from time to timel Assisting with keeping office generally tidy and cleanl General administrative duties and responsibilities such as binding documents, copying, filing, scanningl Any other ad-hoc duties where assignedSkills:l Proficiency in MS Officel Strong multitasking and organizational skillsl Strong administration and communication skillsl Ability to prioritize work and manage time welll Quality teamwork and partnershipl Maintain confidentialityInterested applicants please submit an updated resume and a recent photo in MS Word format to:
