\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.00am to 5.00pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm)

- S$9.50 per hour
\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec
\xc2\xb7 PC literate
\xc2\xb7 General administrative skills
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and comfortable in completing repetitive tasks
Material management of purchased and non-purchased library materials
\xc2\xb7 Materials received are validated against delivery orders and in good condition.
\xc2\xb7 Processing of materials such as pasting barcodes, inventorise item into tracking system and creating item records.
\xc2\xb7 Shelving and retrieval of books to-and-fro the bins and shelves.
\xc2\xb7 Sort and process physical materials to next process owners according to NLB guidelines, and via systems.
\xc2\xb7 Library materials are accessioned according to NLB requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Check records of items and data entry of selection forms and NLB system.
\xc2\xb7 Stamp \xe2\x80\x9cGift\xe2\x80\x9d stamp, print & paste bookplates and other labels as required of items and boxes.
