\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.00am to 5.00pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm)

- S$9.50 per hour
\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English language. Will need to sit for language proficiency test before deployment.
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
\xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct simple research is an advantage
Photo-indexing and quality checks
\xc2\xb7 Check to ensure that photographs received match the accompanying information from transferring agencies.
\xc2\xb7 Create indexing records and craft photo captions based on key persons, places and events in the images using prepared templates, and upload records for ingestion in the Archives Online system.
\xc2\xb7 Perform quality checks on indexed records and photo captions which have been created using prepared templates.
\xc2\xb7 Verify that errors in records have been corrected and that amended records are uploaded to the indexing system in a timely manner.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that records are created in accordance to indexing guidelines and there is a consistency of these standards across all records indexed.
\xc2\xb7 Retrieve photos/CDs, upload them to shared folders and update the status of photos/CDs uploaded in the master list on a regular basis.
\xc2\xb7 Record and monitor contents of uploaded photos/CDs with indexed records and highlight any discrepancy.
