We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill the role of Library Officer at our esteemed Legal Library. In this role, you\'ll have the chance to interact with a diverse range of legal resources and play a key role in our mission to deliver outstanding information services to our community.The job scope of a library officer includes the following:

• Performing amendments on government statutes
• Provision of library and information service to meet the needs of library users
• Providing reference and research services to library users
• Managing E-resources (online databases and e-journals, e.g. Lexis Advance, Westlaw, Lawnet, HeinOnline, etc.)
• Arranging inter-library loans and providing document delivery service
• Developing library collections and handling library resource acquisition

Due to the nature of the work in the legal library, library officers are required to work in the library every day without option of flexible work arrangement (e.g. work from home).RequirementsIn this dynamic and fast-paced role, it is essential that you possess the qualities of a self-starter, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work independently.
