Job Description


The company is a Global Software Development MNC which is a well known brand worldwide.

They are looking for a loyalty marketing manager to drive engagement and retention initiatives through the entire life cycle of their customers. The key scope would be to drive an email-driven CRM Strategy ensuring it\'s efficiency and scalability for the future.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies and use email as a channel to implement both automated and ad hoc campaign journeys to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure CRM strategy is aligned with APAC business objectives, customer segmentation and revenue targets.
  • Enhance CRM by defining activation rules, customer segmentation, program benefits and rewards in partnership with the regional Go-to-Market stakeholders.
  • Oversee the regional utilization and adaptation of CRM and Marketing Technology platforms like Adobe Marketo to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness in driving campaigns, personalization, and automation.
  • Build and maintain customer database: Instrumental in growing our paid member base, understand, engage, and ultimately demonstrate growth in Reach, NPS, engagement, advocacy, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and take steps to achieve regional KPIs for Lifecycle Marketing led engagement and retention success, refine dashboards and monitor KPIs to gather insights on consumer behaviour and drive actionable next steps.
  • Work with agencies to , execute, and analyse data-driven marketing campaigns across email touchpoints to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer journeys.
  • Lead strategy for product release marketing campaigns and drive expansion and engagement amongst paid members in terms of value.
  • Drive adoption of feature releases via APAC flagship events
SKILLSETS
  • 5+ years of experience designing, launching and managing end to end CRM and loyalty programs with practical working knowledge of targeting, dynamic publishing, journey building, triggers sequencing and A/B testing.
  • Structured analytic thinking and taking the time to estimate the impact of initiatives by setting assumptions and validating with data when possible.
  • Strong project management skills, strong communication skills and ability to evolve in a matrix environment with various functions across the organization.
  • Results-driven and metrics-obsessed, loving a good challenge and applying both creativity and analytical rigor in solving problems.
  • Proven track record of moving metrics.
