Ensuring that there is no cross-contamination of foods. . Responsible for cleaning the kitchen after a service period. . Report any defects in machinery and equipment to the Chef Job Requirements At least 1- 2 years of related working experience. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Keen for opportunities to learn to be multi-skilled and trained. Able to commit 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
