About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

1. Act as the key strategy partner to the fast-growing livestream business; take a strategic and data-driven approach to provide recommendations on business growth. 2. Conduct in-depth analysis of livestream business, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, key stakeholders' operation strategy (livestreamers/MCNs), campaign budget management, etc. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects based on deep dive analysis. 4. Deliver clear and actionable suggestions to business challenges and drive business execution. 5. Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking.

Requirements 1. Min 5 years’ experience of strategic and analytical operations experience at leading tech companies or consulting / research / investment firms; owning practical mindset and demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities; prior experience in livestream content industry is required 2. Fast learner, highly self-driven with curiosity and structured thinking; deep thinker with a good sense of judgment; hands-on spirit; logical and data sensitive. 3. Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration; highly responsible, independent, and resilient; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
